We are looking to sublet our 2 bedroom apartment at the Dutch Village in Albany NY come mid june- early july! Quiet community we’ve come to love and have lived in for years (only leaving to purchase a home!).

Sublet application requires a credit score of or better and a monthly income (based on gross) times the monthly rent (which is $). You would need to provide a security deposit of $ sublet application fee, then you would be able to take over the lease completely if you desired at the end of October! Message me for videos!
