Spacious Pet-OK Basement Rental

Description

Private basement space fits a king bed, sofa, desk, TV, and more. Includes large closet and two windows for natural light. Shared areas: kitchen, formal living room, family room, and backyard—yet plenty of privacy as my bedroom is two floors up. There is currently a sofa, TV stand, queen bed frame, two end-tables, and a work-out set-up that can be removed or kept.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, located on the same level as the family room, reserved for you and occasional guests. A nearby spare bedroom is occasionally used by my mom (visits once a year) but can be discussed if you have visitors.

Laundry room is in the basement; I’ll need occasional access, with clear guidelines in the lease. Basement includes a TV stand, queen bed frame, and sofa—can stay or be removed.

Free street parking—no permits needed.

Steps from Cherry Creek State Reservoir—ideal for walking, biking, paddleboarding, and dog-friendly trails. Safe, family-oriented neighborhood in Cherry Creek School District. Close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Easy I- minutes to DTC.
