Looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom and bathroom in a bath unit at The Holly! Will be covering any sublet fees and the first months rent

Info:
- Move in: As soon as August 1
- Lease ends at the end of July
- Private Bedroom/Bathroom/Closet
- package fee is $5
- Utilities: Comes with water and wifi. Only pay electricity (with free electricity daily from AM!). Electricity split with roommates
- Roommates: Everyone is moving out so you get to pick your own roommates!
- Fully Furnished w/ in Unit Washer/Dryer
- Gym, Study Area, Pool, Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball Court
- Bus to campus comes every fifteen minutes and is a 8 minute drive to campus.
