M couple & lb frenchie

Hi! We are a couple moving to Brooklyn area for job relocation in early-mid August . We are interested in ba entire apartments. Interested in lease takeover or sublease. Preferred: elevator or small walk up, in unit laundry, close to sub access. Ideally we would have large windows or even balcony. Please reach out if you are planning to move or have something available in this timeframe!! One will be commuting daily and other will be working from home so 2 bed is preferred. Frenchie does not bark, walk much, etc. he is super friendly and low-maintenance. We do have furniture so unfurnished is preferable, but willing to accommodate other arrangements. Looking for no-broker fee agreements.
