About the house:
2 story Town house with small front yard, large open living area, kitchen, study, laundry and downstairs bathroom. House is fully furnished with everything you would need! Located a short walk to Balaklava shops, relatively quiet street and free street parking available.
There is also a study that I currently don’t use, which you would be welcome to use for WFH.

Your room:
Large room with skylight and slanted roof. Includes built in robe and stand alone wardrobe for extra storage. There is also an additional small storage room with a door. Room includes air conditioning and ensuite with a bath.

Rent:
Rent is $ per month paid on the th. This is a lease transfer and a bond of $ is required. Current lease ends in August, however I am open to extending this with the right roommate.
Bills are not included, they are around $ per month

About me:
I moved to Melbourne just over a year ago, and have lived with my current roommate since then. He is sadly moving to Brisbane. I work full time in the office, with an occasional work from home day. I enjoy cooking and sharing meals with my housemate along with a few glasses of wine. Really prioritise time on my own, and respectful of others space. Looking for someone who is fun, clean and respectful :)
