Looking for a Room mate.

Description

I have an extra room in my house, so I’m looking for a room mate, all utilities included, electric, water, sewer, trash and internet. I’m usually home on the weekends and occasionally a day or so through the week because of work, so mostly you’ll be there by yourself. No smoking in the house, no pets without approval, no drugs, if you drink, clean up after yourself and do be a slob, I do have kids.
