3rd Roommate Needed- Group Lease

PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE MESSAGING ME: The house is a charming, historic two-story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, located in the Brice Street/Lindley Park area of Greensboro, NC. The common areas— kitchen, living room, dining room, and both bathrooms—are fully furnished by the current tenants and shared among roommates. The open bedroom is unfurnished. The house has updated appliances including a large refrigerator, washer & dryer, and a dishwasher. There’s both a front and back porch for relaxing. The location is convenient—just a short drive to UNCG and/or downtown Greensboro. There is private and street parking available. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop less than a block away on Spring Garden Street. Under a twelve-month group lease, rent is paid directly to the landlord. In addition to rent (but not included in the group lease), utilities are currently in one roommate's name so this payment is split and collected via Venmo once per month. We are two young and strong independent professional women currently working in child care and behavioral science. We both work most days in a week but are around most mornings and evenings. We are non-religious, empathetic, left of center, LGBTQ+ allies, and four-twenty friendly. We are nerdy introverts! We like spending most evenings chilling in front of the TV, going for walks, or making homemade bread and yogurt. Some nights we hang together, other nights we do our own thing. We both like to cook, especially on the weekends. Communication is key in this household! We each have 2 cats and one has a dog as well, so we are NOT taking additional pets. If you are a younger professional that is quiet, responsible, respectful of shared space, will participate in weekly household upkeep/clean up after yourself, and are cat and dog friendly/respectful we’d love to hear from you!
