Private bedroom and private bath

My name is Heather and I have a room for rent. I have a bath and I’m renting out one of the extra rooms. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed inch TV with Roku high-speed Internet and we are in a gated neighborhood. Not in a hurry to rent out, I’m looking for somebody who is not a big partier. I’m looking for a working professional or student, who is an animal lover. I have a dog and she loves people. I own the home and she rules the house, but I keep her out of the guest rooms out of respect for my roommates. I love having a roommate but I’m OK with respecting people‘s privacy and minding my own business, and I am looking for mutual respect. Good communication and respectful of people and their belongings goes both ways. I was renting to students abroad who were here on their semester abroad and the rooms have been empty for quite some time but they come with clean linens and towels very comfortable you’ll have everything you need if you have a car, you can park it in the garage. I can make room there’s a washer and dryer for you to use, and you have full use of the kitchen.. I try to heat the house clean. I don’t leave dishes in the sink and I take my shoes off. But I’m not obsessively clean, like my dog she’s is allowed on my couch, it’s her sofa too! The neighbors are awesome! Please, smoking is ok but outside though. Everything is a single story condo, but rooms are separated on different sides so they aren’t next to each other. If you’re interested send me a text, I screen my calls, but will call you back!
