Lease takeover at The Madison

Looking for someone to take over my lease at The Madison in west Ames! Super flexible lease terms available— short term (August ) or long-term August ).
Rent is $/month (not including utilities). You'd be in a bath unfurnished apartment, just 2 miles from campus! The Madison has been a great place to live and has a multitude of amenities including a pool, gym, and tanning bed!

You would be living with 2 other girls, Elysia and Josie. They are both years old, and will graduate in May . They are super chill and usually like to go home on the weekends. They both love to find new cafes and go for walks! They like quiet weeknights and going for a late night ice cream run! They are both super organized and clean. Both of them have pretty full schedules during the day with school and work, so when they are there, they are pretty laid-back. Hi! My name is Josie and I am majoring in Animal Ecology. I love plants, animals, and being outdoors. I like to spend my free time going for walks/hikes, reading, or finding cute shops/cafes! I like to go home on the weekends and spending my time with family and friends!

Hey! My name is Elysia and I’m years old. I am majoring in Agronomy. I like to go to coffee shops, attend races, being outside, and spending time with family and friends! I am very chill but also like going out! I typically go home on the weekends also!
