Kind, Communicative, and Clean

Description

I am a former Floridian who is still relatively new to the area. My friends would describe me as introverted, silly, analytical, and a good listener. I enjoy various old lady hobbies (sewing, bird watching, gardening, estate sale rummaging) and video games that don't require hand-eye coordination.
I work in education. My typical work hours are pm during the school year and pm during the summer. During the week, I am up around pm, on the weekends it is closer to pm.
I'm down to hang out, but that is not a requirement. If you would enjoy the occasional late-night snack runs or watching trashy reality dating shows together, I'm your girl. I enjoy when a place is a cozy spot to invite friends over; I just prefer it not to be constantly full of people.
I like to keep common areas clean and organized. I wash my dishes after each meal. I typically vacuum/mop and dust every weekend. No indoor smokers, please.
I'd prefer to live with other people. My budget is ~$. I'd love to move on August 1st, but earlier is fine.
I have a ~lb hound named Ruby. She loves all people, dogs, and cats. She does not bark (I have heard two singular barks in the last 6 months), is perfectly potty trained, and has never destroyed anything (she's a gentle soul). She sleeps in the crate most of the day, whether it is closed while I am at work or open when I am home. I tend not to allow her on the furniture.
Other random info: If we share a bathroom, I prefer the toilet lid to be kept down. It grosses me out, and I will inevitably drop something in it if it's left open. I am not helpful when it comes to killing roaches, they are just too icky. But I can kill spiders if need be. I will offer you a slice when I bake banana bread.
