House Rules:
• Monthly house meetings
• Guests welcome, but no overnight stays more than 3 nights/week
• Weekly chore rotation (if skipped, you double up the next week!)
• Clear, respectful communication is essential

Utilities:
We split Wi-Fi, PG&E, and SMUD. Bills average $/month, depending on the season.
