Hello! I’m AJ and I got a 2 bedroom apt that has an empty room. You’d have your own bathroom (but there’s only one shower), there’s a pool, gym, tennis court/basketball and honestly the area is pretty nice. I do have a cat who’s an only child so she has a hard time getting along with other animals, but is the best cat other than that. The guy who lived here previously was a pigsty so I still have to paint and get your room steam cleaned but I figured I’d wait until I actually found a half decent human to live with 😭 and so the base rent is $ something a month, then there’s the utilities and wifi which are seperate but unfortunately add up to be an extra like $ a month. My cat does have her own little fee so we would do the math to figure out how much you actually owe. But anyways! Your move in date would be sometime early next month, and the rent is paid for each month at the start, so I’d just ask for that. I’m a fairly clean individual (leave my stuff in the sink I kill you), I’m pretty quite, and honestly I don’t really have any friends in the area so you probably won’t have to worry about me bringing some bum over, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have friends! I’m not jealous
