Homeowner (me) works from home full-time and uses 2 of the rooms, including the master and ensuite master bath; Looking to rent out the other two rooms and shared bath to people.

Price shown is for smaller room, discount/bundle available if looking to rent both rooms, please contact for pricing information. Utilities are not included and are shared (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet, Security Alarm). Month-to-Month agreement. If only interested in one of the rooms, roommate must share bathroom with future roommate in other room.

Both rooms have ceiling fans now.
Smoking is okay outside, no smoking permitted in the house.
