There is a one person room available that shares a bathroom… serious inquiries only! It is a ranch with a basement. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The 2 bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom and a common area. We have everything you might need. A furnished kitchen, common area, and outdoor space
. My brother and I have lived here for 2 years and we had a 3rd take on the lease with us this June. (You would be a sub-let)
We pick up after ourselves and regularly clean/ maintain the house. Pets are allowed here (we have a cat)
The monthly lease and utilities have been no more than the posted amount.
