Cozy home in Lakewood Estates

Description

It is a ranch with a basement. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The 2 bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom and a common area. We have everything you might need. A furnished kitchen, common area, and outdoor furnishings. My brother and I have lived here for 2 years. One of our roommates was in a motorcycle accident and the other one wants move out at the end of the lease.
My brother and I pick up after ourselves and regularly clean/ maintain the house. Pets are allowed here (we have had one since initial move-in, but we have been caring for him while our roommate has been in the hospital. He will leave end of May)
I know this is pretty last second, but my brother and I don't want to move, but can't afford the rent with just the 2 of us. The monthly lease and utilities have been no more than the posted amount. And really, we are looking for 2 roommates. So if you know someone that may be interested, that could knock down the rent by a couple hundred $ a month.
