Hello! My names Bella and I am looking for a female, preferably an ASU Student, to takeover my lease in a bath room at Vertex for the upcoming school year (Lease date : August - July ). Rent is $ a month (cheapest near campus). The layout is 4A. I was planning on living here with my sister and friend however I had a last minute change of living plans for the upcoming fall. The fourth spot has already been filled as well.The private room and bathroom are very spacious with a walk in close. This floor plan is currently sold out and this apartment will hold three additional junior ASU students. Text me if interested :)
