Smoke free / Weed Free / Kidless home / LGBTQ Friendly / Dog friendly I’m a year old female and my girlfriend also lives here. She works from home occasionally but we both work daytime. The house is decent sized so the idea is to share responsibilities for cleaning the house in and out. Utilities are included in the rent price. You must love dogs, we have a low maintenance husky & a husky mix. They sleep with us at night but are crate trained when we arent home. year old and potty trained. They do shed so must be okay with dog hair. No couples, but can have a visit from time to time. I personally have asthma & cannot breathe around any type of smoke, so non smokers are preferred. No smoking, vaping or weed inside the house. We would like someone that also is neat and tidy like us.
