Looking for Queer Friendly roommate

Description

My roommate, Rose and I are looking for one roommate to add to our current lease. We’ll be renewing another year lease in October.

It’s a Duplex, Bottom unit, 3 bedroom, One bathroom in the Whittier, Minneapolis neighborhood near Uptown.
Rent is $ a month which will be split 3 ways, plus utilities such as Electricity, Gas, & Internet. (Around in total currently might be more with an extra person)
The shared spaces are fully furnished. (Minus dining chairs 😅)
Free parking in shared driveway in the back. (2 spots for our unit, and another two spots for the unit upstairs)
Near plenty of bus stops and the light rail.
Recently got two kittens in the house

Washer and Dryer in the basement shared with the other unit.
Plenty of storage room in the shared basement.
A currently unused garden plot on the side of the house.
Close by many grocery stores and near Eat Street on Nicolett.

Lacey:
Hey I’m Lacey, I’m a year old, Bisexual cis woman.
Born & Raised Minnesotan
I’m extroverted and hoping to have someone to chit chat with for I’m a certified yapper.
I’m bold, honest, & assertive, so the “Minnesota nice” passive aggressive attitude won’t work with me.
I work at two non profits as an Elementary Reading Tutor and an associate at a gym. I work a lot during the week so you might not see much except for a few couple hours.
I’m a big gamer so you’ll hear me talking smack on mic. lol
Also like Anime, Marvel, reading, painting, going out dancing, huge fan of anything crafty or nerdy.
I have ADHD so I’m a jack of all trades and master of none. I could build a house if I was motivated enough lol.

Rose:

year old who goes by they/them pronouns.
Fairly reclusive and not social, but easy to get along with. Has a pretty cultist aesthetic and personality, and spends most of the time in their room. Is respectful of most backgrounds and personal beliefs
(No MAGA supporters!).
