SCAD ATL: Looking for Room/Sublease

Description

Hey there! I’m a SCAD animation student finishing up my final year, and I’m looking for a room or sublease near campus. I’m open to spots farther out (as far as Marietta) since I have a car.

A bit about me:

I’m clean, organized, and not into partying at all.

I don't smoke or drink at all.

I don’t have pets, but I grew up with all sorts of animals and am a big fan of them.

I have plenty of kitchen gear and personal furnishings like a large TV and futon (no couch though).

I’ve lived in the area for about 8 years and always had great roommates—hoping to keep that streak going!

I usually cook for the household (I’m good at it) and always clean up after myself. Definitely a team player.

What I’m looking for:

A private space in a chill, respectful household.

Roommates who value cleanliness and aren’t party-heavy, aren't heavy drinkers, and are strictly non-smokers.

Available ASAP—willing to help sign a lease if needed.

Bonus: I’ve had great experiences at th St off Deering Rd and Northside—those are my top picks if you’re apartment hunting too. I've lived in a lot of them over the years
