You’ll be living upstairs with me and the pups—two bedrooms, two baths, a shared kitchen, and not living rooms slash studios. The room for rent? It’s got character. French doors swing open from your private bedroom into a hardwood-floored studio space with lots of natural light. Call it your own private living room, art studio, office—whatever fits your flow.

The Vibe:
Quiet, creative, and laid-back. I work from home, garden when the sun’s up, and hit the road when adventure calls, climbing, hiking, and all kinds of adventures. The downstairs studio is already rented out to a solid guy—low-key and respectful. You probably won’t see much of him.

The kitchen is shared between me you but you’ll have your own fridge and space. Dogs are part of the family here—sweet, well-behaved.

• Quiet neighborhood and we enough space to plant something if your hands itch for the dirt
