Full equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and kettle)
Living room
Basement

min from city center and min from Gent Sint-Pieters train station by bike. Nice neighbourhood. Gym, supermarket, and other services nearby.

€ rental + € expenses (wifi, electricity, water and gas)
