Looking for someone to takeover my rental in
a room in an apartment. Located in a quiet part of University heights. Month to month lease under the owner/roommate. Perfect for short term or close move in date. Free parking spot but shared bathroom. Comes with a queen bed, cubby drawers and nightstand, but anything can be removed if you have furniture. Very good for SDSU, USD, and UCSD minute drive from parking lot 7 at SDSU and minutes from parking lot 3. Very quiet and organized house hold so no messy loud people please. The roommate is male but anyone is allowed to live there. I have felt very comfortable around him as a woman for the past year, and now I’m moving out to live with my partner. $ includes all bills. Available June 1 but could be made available sooner if necessary.
