Description

Female Army officer and healthcare provider looking for second female roommate to rent *2 bedrooms*, and shared bath, an unfurnished secondary living room, garage parking, and basement storage!

The first bedroom is in the back left corner of the house (Southwest side), measuring " with a medium closet (with doors - not shown in photo), ceiling fan, and view of Quail Lake.

The second bedroom is the middle room on the backside of the house (West side), measuring " with a medium sized closet, (with doors - not shown in photo) ceiling fan, and view of the backyard, Cheyenne Mountain, and Quail Lake.

Both rooms are at the top of the staircase, and neither are furnished. The carpet in both rooms is blueish gray, wall color is agreeable gray, and both have 4 working outlets. There is a towel closet between both bedrooms with a " bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo just a few feet away.

Airconditioning is a floor-based window unit for rooms (tenant's choice).
