I'm looking for a long-term (6-month +) roommate who is considerate, easygoing, friendly, and tidy. I'm a working professional who works from home about % of the time. I have two friendly cats.

You have your room and bathroom on the second floor. In the basement, there is a separate living space open for your personal use as well. The rest of the house is shared, including the kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor spaces. Utilities and internet are included in the monthly rent.

The house is cleaned professionally twice a month.

The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly.

Please note that a credit report, background check, and job verification will be required before move-in. No smoking, pets, or drugs.
