We are 2 retired professionals living in a quiet gated community.The suite consists of 3 rooms. First, a fully furnished bedroom with queen sized bed, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, a chest of drawers, a large closet and a ceiling fan. The 2nd room is unfurnished with a ceiling fan and large closet. The room can be used as your private living room, an office, a private gym for workouts or used simply as storage for your possessions.A short hallway connects all 3 rooms as well as a linen closet.The 3rd room is a newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower and glass enclosure with a hand held facet. There is a large vanity with plenty of storage space as well. This entire suite is separated by a pocket door from the rest of the house and is private for your use only.

The fully equip kitchen is shared by the tenant and the landlord. The kichen has plenty of storage and the tenant will have their own closets and drawers to use for food storage The laundry area is also to be shared w/space for your laundry supplies.There's a lge sunroom as well as a lge living room which you are welcome to use as well. The back yard has a small garden space to plant for your use as well as flowers/foliage trees to enjoy.There is driveway parking for your vehicle.The whole house has a security system as well as outdoor monitering.We keep a strict NO DRUG HOME!
We have 2 dogs. No other pets allowed per our HOA If you have a problem with alcohol please pass by this advertisement. No overnight guests.. sorry.
Our neighborhood is safe and our neighbors are friendly and we moniter each other's home.We have been renting this suite for the past 4 years. We enjoy our privacy and can continue to enjoy our privacy due to the layout of this house. We will respect your privacy as well.We want to hear right away from our tenants should anything needs fixing or whatever you would like to discuss. The house is kept clean and tidy at all times. We are not over the top in this regard
