Prefer some utilities included but not a must have. If its apt I prefer lower floor as I'm unable to do stairs. Long term disability. I'm very quite and keep to myself. I do not drink and party so I prefer quite neighbours. I do smoke cigarettes but can abide by no smoking rules. I have 2 cats both spade and neutered and both elderly.
