Your home away from home with a beautiful view of the Chugach Mountains!

Bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed, desk/chair, personal mini-fridge and a T.V. Your Bedroom can be customized to your liking or we can also furnish it with additional items that you may need during your stay. Your stay includes a private bathroom for tenant use only that’s also initially furnished with basic necessities. Driveway parking slot available for tenant.

Common spaces in the upstairs include Living room, Kitchen, and Bathroom. Common spaces downstairs include Laundry facilities(Washer & Dryer). Additional parking for the tenant’s guest is also available in the driveway. House is a split level type, connected by short sets of stairs, creating distinct living spaces on different levels.

House is located on a cul de sac at the end of a neighborhood off a main street for easy access to stores, hospitals, colleges, restaurants, trails, mountain views and the highway. Feel free to ask any questions!

Special notes:

- Background check fee is immediately refundable back to tenant upon move in
- Flexible cancellation and refund policy if your contract gets cancelled within 2 weeks (for traveling nurses and other temporary working professionals.
-Lease duration is flexible, open to short and long term tenant’s, rent is negotiable if lease is long term.
- Rent includes all utilities (wifi, water, garbage, gas, electric).

About the roomies:
Property manager lives onsite in the upstairs bedroom, she is a mid aged female that works in the banking industry & lives a quiet & peaceful life. Only a maximum of 2 people(you & the female property manager) will be occupying the property. Special Notes:

- Upon request I can provide you a background check of the current live in property manager to ensure there is trust on both sides.
- Property manager does not smoke nor drink.
