Roommate needed June 1st

I am looking for another roommate. I have 1 bedroom available, in my 3 bdrm condo. It's the room next to the bathroom on the main floor and is available June 1st. My condo is on the 3rd floor. It's located near Scott rd and nd. There's a shared bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and a parking stall. In suite laundry. A/C in the living room. Shared rooftop patio off the loft bedroom. Very quiet complex. Close to everything. Shared living space and kitchen. I am looking for a quiet, very clean, single person. The room is fully furnished (with a full sized bed) but it can be cleared out. Rent includes everything, even monthly professional cleaning.
