Electrician by trade running my own thing. I keep MY things clean (+the house to an extent) always pay on time and won’t bring drama through the door, also i just recently went thru a break up so now i just need a place to rebuild, stay level, keep life simple n focus on my company and work. Looking for a steady spot with good energy and people who are down for a laugh, outgoing and most importantly that are clean & respect the space.
