Hey! My name is Bryan. I’m a -year-old full-time cook (M–F, pm) looking for a clean, stable spot in New York. my budget is $, and I would like to move immediately.

Super responsible, punctual, and a clean freak. Outside of work I’m usually skateboarding, at the gym, studying coding, cooking at home, or chilling with music and friends.

A few non-negotiables: I smoke (weed) and need to be able to do so indoors. I also need to be able to have guests over without issues. I’d like to get a cat eventually, but I can hold off if that’s a problem. I also ride a bike and need to store it inside the unit or somewhere secure in the building. I’m looking to stay at least 6 months, possibly longer.

-Is smoking allowed inside?
-Are guests okay?
-Any pet restrictions (specifically cats)?
-Can I store my bike safely indoors?
