Not too sure how to start this post, a year old single Mum of irish twins looking for a home. I currently rent in Albany however my lease is up in October with no chance of renewal.
Rather than be homeless again I'd be more than willing to break lease if a property becomes available and i a'm not at all fussed on location or property size, I just need somewhere safe to raise my girls.
I have excellent references and a guaranteed steady income, have never been late on rent however am struggling to even be considered through a realestate on a single income. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏🙌TIA
