The room is very near the back door which actually gives you a private entrance and exit. The bathroom is right outside the room. The laundry unit is very near to your room, just outside the room.There is also a shared kitchen where you can cook your meals. The room has a desk and chair and large closet space and a decent size bed. Lease ends in August .The apartment is shared by two other housemates. If you own a vehicle you may have to park on the street after obtaining a permit .
