Hi everyone, I’m looking to transfer my lease at University Crossing Apartments in Pullman, WA ( NE North Fairway Road). The lease runs from July , to July , and the monthly rent is $. It’s a great place for WSU students—fully furnished, student-friendly, includes a gym and in-unit washer and dryer, and is in a convenient location. This price is about $ less than the current rate for similar units. Honestly, it’s a great deal for the price and location. I’m ready to transfer the lease as soon as possible.
