Two bedrooms for one tenant

Hey, every bedrooms in my br townhouse-style apartment near Old Town Pasadena just opened up! I’m seeking *ONE* roommate to occupy *BOTH* rooms on the month-to-month lease starting June 1st. The landlord requires a credit check with your rental application, as well as proof of income (via paystubs or bank statements) that you make 3x the rent!

You’d be living with just me! I’m in my early thirties and I’m a WFH influencer who also works in social media and marketing management. When I’m not working, I’m checking out the latest queer events, horror films, burlesque shows, nerd and/or goth bars, bookstores, and restaurants in the city. I’m an ambivert who enjoys being social and hanging out in the common areas just as much as I enjoy being cozy in my room with a good book, or streaming/chatting with friends online!

I’m seeking a roommate who is clean, considerate, communicative, is employed outside of the home, is pet-friendly (and doesn’t have pets), and can commit to being a long-term roommate!
