We are looking for one clean, kind, and emotionally mature roommate to move into a gorgeous, spacious four bedroo home in Rancho Peñasquitos.

This space is perfect for someone who wants more than just a place to sleep — it’s a grounding, intentional home environment that values peace, privacy, and presence.

- Large private backyard with sun & shade, built in working hot tub, grill, outdoor patio

- We’ll be a total of **three roommates**, each with our own room and plenty of space
