Requirements:
NO WFH (Work from home), please, as I already WFH myself half the time, it's not compatible.

NO FEMALES (I'm a straight male with a girlfriend lol), sorry ladies. Seeking a male roommate only (hopefully around my age, though relatively NBD)- ladies need not apply! Also for the gay gentlemen- sorry guys, you're the homies, but I likely won't quite be a good living mate match for you either.

About me:
I'm a yr old male working full time as a remote sales rep- hybrid- working 2+ days from home or outside. I leave the apartment A LOT for both work and personal, on both weekdays and weekends, but also glad to be home when I am. Work aside, time goes to creative goals, gym, and just going out for leisure within LA & around SoCal.

Unit details:
Our BA unit is on the 2nd floor (no elevator).1st story (YOUR) bedroom / bath, along with the common areas: kitchen, large living room and balcony. 2nd story includes (MY) bed/bath, 2 shared closets, and private rooftop deck. Tandem parking at the ground level + easy street parking. Laundry room on the 1st floor of the building for convenience. Best part overall in my opinion is our location in the Valley!
