Looking for third in South Austin

Hey! We’re re-signing our lease and looking to fill the third bedroom in our bath house. I’m Alex (M) and have lived here since early . I’m in the smallest room as I mainly moved in for the garage to have space for my tools. Haley (F) moved in during the summer of and has the master.

We’re both full-time professionals who work M-F and usually start our days early (around AM), so the house stays pretty quiet after PM. You’d be sharing the upstairs full bathroom with me, but there’s also a half bath downstairs for guests and general use.

The neighborhood is safe and friendly, with easy access to nearby trails. Rent includes utilities (and fast WiFi). No pets, please.
