Need a Roommate

Hello, my name is Andrew. I am a working professional and a graduate of Stevenson University. I am looking for a roommate in a home I recently purchased in downtown Towson. I have been living in the area for the past 2 years. I am 2 min away from Towson University. The room is available starting Monday June 2. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, clean, and focused on their studies/work over the party life. This would be a room rental with shared spaces including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and basement. I often have guests over including my boyfriend which is something candidates have to be aware of. Street parking permit is obtainable through Baltimore County. Look forward to connecting!
