Do you have a group of people and are looking for a place to live? My roommates and I are planning to sublease our bath apartment at The Grove Ames from August -July. All units in the apartment are available! You would have your own individual lease. Rent would be about $/ month per person (depending on whose lease you take over) and our utilities (electric & water) have averaged $/month per person as well.Our *furnished* unit is located from the Plum bus stop that goes directly to campus! If you have a car, parking is free! The closest stores are minute drive away! The clubhouse does a lot of fun (and free) events during the year.
