Looking for an Apartment

Description

anyway my preferences are:
- safe
- the bathroom has to be clean/new with a detachable shower head
- bath/ 2 bath (depending on the price)
- better if within $ including utilities, electric, etc)
- close to the subway- E, M, 7, F, R (again, i’m not entirely well versed on the NYC subway yet, but i gotta commute to Manhattan & Long Island City (queens) almost days of the week. so whichever line helps basically)
- in- unit washer/ dryer is preferred. or at least inside the apartment building.
- closer to supermarkets, grocery stori
