Hi there! My roommate has recently moved out, and I have a room available in my upstairs duplex. It's quite bright and comfortable.

About Me (and My Dog): yrs old, I'm a strength and conditioning coach and work typical weekday hours. In my free time I also DJ and produce music, and enjoy the outdoors. I have a medium-sized ESA dog who is very friendly. Therefore, comfort with dogs is essential.

The Space: The available room is a good size, and the duplex includes a shared living area, a kitchen, and the usual amenities. It's a combination of private space and shared living areas.

Location: Gaskill neighborhood, near San Pablo

Rental Details:

Rent is $ per month.
The security deposit is $ (equal to one month's rent), due upon acceptance.
The lease is month-to-month.
Water, trash, and PGE are included in the rent and managed through the online portal.

A working professional – someone who can reliably meet their financial obligations.
Someone who values cleanliness and is respectful of shared spaces.
Good communication skills are important – I believe in open and considerate communication.
Someone who is financially responsible and able to pay rent on time.
While it would be nice to have shared interests (I enjoy fitness, music, and the outdoors), I'm primarily looking for a respectful and considerate roommate with whom I can coexist peacefully.
