Hey everyone! I’m looking for a preferably female roommate in her s to sign on to my lease at the end of June. I have a bath apartment for lease at the Verde Vista apartments in Asheville, NC. You will have the master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living room are a shared space. Plus a shared washer and dryer. The rent will be $/mo not including electricity and WiFi. The apartment complex has a clubhouse, pool, and gym that you are free to use that are included with rent. The complex doesn’t allow smoking. It is close to Ingles, Walmart, and around mins to Trader Joe’s.
I am a Health tech. so I will leave fairly early in the mornings and return in the afternoons. Some months I work nights and weekends. I love to hike, cook, workout, watch movies, bike, golf and play pickleball. I’m a clean roommate and I can stay in my space, but I’m open to hanging out with each other if you’d like.
