and a half bathroom townhouse located in Thornton, off I- & Thornton Pkwy. Twelve mins to downtown, easy access to other interstate highways.

Photos are of shared spaces and room for rent. Closet would be empty upon move-in and items in the room & bathroom are able to stay, or go. Bedrooms are next to each other on the 2nd floor. Both have en suite bathroom and walk-in closets. The first level is shared spaces ( bath, laundry, kitchen, dining & living room). Asking $ which includes all utilities (including WiFi). Having a safe and respectful home environment is priceless, so rent is flexible for the right fit. Lease length is flexible.

The biggest catch is that I have two cats & dog who will want to become your friends. My dog does not get along with other dogs, and my cat bullies other cats. I would be open to another cat but it could be a stressful transition.
