Seeking a 2 bed, Pet friendly home

Seeking a 2 bed, or one bed with study home with a pet friendly garden. Long term lease is preferred. Ideally I'd like a full bathroom and fireplace,tho these are not essential. I work from home. I am quite busy with my dog and work. I am clean and tidy and respectful.

I would be open to sharing with an individual who is like-minded, around years old, likes animals but doesn't have their own, is quiet, conscious, sober, active and likes home to be a sanctuary rather than a place to socialize. Is keen to splitall living costs (water,elec, cleaning, garden, maintenance, etc.). Would prefer someone who does not work from home and also likes their own space, is tidy and respectful.
