This home resides in the super quiet neighborhood of Legacy Ridge, which is a golf course community.

Your stay includes access to the community POOL, HOT TUB, and tennis and basketball courts.

The neighborhood has walking trails and ponds for reflection.

The home is located about minutes from downtown Denver and minutes from Boulder.

We value growth and positivity, enjoy social interactions, and also respect each other's personal space and quiet times.

Furnishings include a queen-size bed, nightstands, lamps, bookshelf packed with 8 drawers and newly-added armchair—ideal for reading. Clean sheets and towels can be provided if needed. The bathroom is shared with one other respectful housemate (male).
