Hi, we are a couple in our s looking to rent a room while we save for a home. We have 2 cats that are spayed and don't have accidents, we would have their food/litterbox in our room with us. My husband is also incredibly handy, certified in electrical, HVAC, and carpentry (he's not certified in plumbing but he does plumbing & appliance repair from time to time). We are trying to quit smoking so would prefer an "outside smoking only", but we're open to homes that smoke inside.
