You will have access to washer/dryer and kitchen with cabinet storage, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Non smoker (smoking outside is fine), No drug use, No animals, No criminal records, No visitor at all. Four Hundred security deposit (refundable) required and fifty non-refundable background check fee.
