Dear property manager, I hope you are well. My name is André Albuquerque and I am writing to express my interest in applying for this apartment. Me and my wife are currently seeking a new home in order to be closer to our jobs as well as to the city centre. I believe that your property would be an excellent fit for our needs and lifestyle. I have a steady gross income from my position as Purchasing Assistant at company R.T. Large, which, in addition to my wifes’s income as English teacher at ELI English Language School, provides us with the financial stability to manage rent comfortably. We are responsible and respectful tenants who value a peaceful living environment. We take pride in never delaying any rent payment and in keeping our home clean and well-maintained. In addition, we don’t smoke and we don’t have any pets. Regarding our situation, I have the Stamp 4 (permission to stay and work in Ireland for years) valid until nov/ and my wife is EU citizen. We can move in immediately
