Looking for someone to take over our lease from June -October. This is a beautiful apartment in a very beautiful community complex which is about 5 minutes drive from all the grocery/shopping stores ( Walmart, Target, HEB) and walking distance from Aldi. The apartment is nicely built and has nice pool views.
The amenities are excellent and the neighbours are like family. The office people are kind and courteous and the maintenance guys are the best. The community is clean, peaceful and extremely safe. The complex has swimming pool, a gym, golf course and a club house. We have been living here for over 3 years now and felt extremely comfortable here but now will be moving out of state for work, therefore need someone to take over our lease for 5 months.
