1 Full bath. Large Loft style furnished family room. The rental part of the home is an open floor plan on the 2nd floor. - All Utilities are included w/internet. Shared Washer / Dryer. All appliances are new and top of the line.

This home is well kept. The full kitchen is shared with the Landlord living On on the main floor. HOA Community with Tennis Courts, Pool, Pool house, Club House with Nice Lake and walking trail 1 Mile around. Outside Driveway for 1 Car. Late fee charge of dollars after Month Deposit. Rent due on the 1st of each month.

Minimum month lease. Must be clean and quiet. Be fully pre-qualified to pay rent. Payment will be with Zelle transfer. 1 tenant only. Preference to have a vehicle for transportation. No smoking, No , No pets.
