2 rooms aval both w private bath

Hi! Looking a new roomie starting May.

Me and my husband are looking for a preferably female roomie, late twenties or early thirties, to rent out either one furnished or one unfurnished room (or both) both with private bath in my bath house near the airport.

It would be either one the first (unfurnished) or second (furnished) floor with a private bath with a two tv/living areas. Laundry, street parking, monthly available, neighborhood pool, no pets preferred (I already have one golden retriever). one thousand/month, utilities included. *extra storage in spare room available too!

I work from home most days and travel times a month (dog boarded). My husband is a full time student and works weekends.

We are super clean and we'll get along great if you keep the common areas picked up

(Unfurnished room is exactly the same as furnished, except on the first floor)
